🚨Our 500 Is Reopening Soon🚨
Our fantastic 500-hour yoga teacher training (aka a 300-hour yoga teacher training, which + your 200 = 500) is reopening enrollment soon!
Join our continuing education list to be the first to know when details are ready.
Let’s Grow Together
Because training as a yoga teacher is a lifelong practice, we offer ongoing continuing education beyond our foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training. Anyone can join these continuing education workshops, regardless of background or teaching experience.
You’ll help your students best when you nurture your own practice and hone your teaching in exactly the places you need it. Our continuing workshops help with both. Each also offers Yoga Alliance continuing education credits, aka YACEPs.
Study with Sage Rountree
Our co-owner and director of our continuing education yoga teacher trainings is Sage Rountree, PhD, E-RYT. Sage’s work gives teachers everything they need to plan each minute of their class—and the entire arc of their career.
Sage is an expert on yoga pedagogy and has long specialized in teaching yoga to athletes. Basketball Hall-of-Fame Coach Roy Williams was her private student for over a decade, until his retirement.
