Yoga for Parents

Parenting is stressful. We expend so much energy taking care of others and can easily get triggered and reactive. One of the best things parents can do for their children is to take care of themselves both physically and emotionally. Join therapist, yoga instructor, and mother Christa Atkinson, in a monthly class designed to promote self-care, emotional regulation, and physical well-being to face the challenges of parenting. Our winter 2017 meetings are Sundays, 1:30–2:45 p.m., January 15, February 26, and March 19.
