Yoga for Athletes
Our studio co-owner, Sage Rountree, is the leading authority on yoga for athletes and author of six books on the subject, all available at the studio. Sage leads a popular Yoga for Athletes class on Monday evenings at 6 p.m., also available for streaming online anytime at YogaVibes. (Use the code sagefreemonth for a free month.)
Several of our staff members, including Alexandra DeSiato, Leslie Morgan, Laura Terry, and Laura Nickerson have studied extensively with Sage both for teacher training and for specialization in athletes’ needs.
