Yoga 101 and 102

Yoga 101 is designed to teach you the basics of yoga in a small-group setting with plenty of explanation. Perfect for those new to yoga or wanting a refresher, this series is open to everyone. Yoga 101 is run as a closed series, meaning you’ll register for the entire set of classes, so that we can all be on the same page.

Yoga 102 is an open series, which differs from regular classes. You are welcome to drop in at a per-session rate, but class passes and first class free do not apply.
